Work on an AI-based Capstone Project, addressing real-world challenges in leveraging AI for business transformation.

Project Details

Develop and Execute a Comprehensive AI Strategy

Description

Participants develop a strategic plan tied to program topics and apply it within their company, division, function, or product line. Projects should integrate multiple dimensions of the program, highlighting stakeholder impact and value creation. Work is self-directed, with periodic cohort and peer check-ins. During the last module of the program, on the final day, participants will present their project and engage in discussions with cohort peers in a Capstone Executive Forum

The capstone project will unfold in five distinct phases:

Identify the Opportunity
Methodically analyze the chosen area to identify a topic.

Develop a Plan
Design a plan for capturing and realizing the opportunity identified in Phase I.

Stakeholder Communication
Develop an effective communication strategy to convey the AI strategy to internal and external stakeholders.

Implementation Roadmap
Create a detailed roadmap to implement the proposed AI strategy, including key milestones, resource allocation, etc.

Continuous Monitoring and Adaptation
Establish a methodology to continuously monitor the execution of the plan and adapt dynamically in real-time as needed.
