Project Details

Develop a plan for elevated human capital management

Description

Develop a CHRO Capstone Project - a CHRO Impact Plan - which will serve as a practical, actionable roadmap you can use within your organization. Projects should consider and integrate topics across several dimensions covered in the program. The capstone project should emphasize the impact on key stakeholders and the related value-creation opportunities. The project is self-directed, however, there will be periodic group check-ins with the full cohort, small group coaching and mentorship sessions with sitting CHROs, as well as informal peer-to-peer opportunities. On the final day of the program, you will present your plan in an Executive Forum, engaging in discussions and receiving feedback from peers aligned to CEO and board expectations.

The capstone project will unfold in five distinct phases:

Identify the Opportunity
Methodically analyze the chosen area to identify a topic.

Develop a Plan
Design a comprehensive strategy for the opportunity identified in Phase I.

Stakeholder Communication
Develop effective communication strategies to convey the human resource strategy to all stakeholders.

Implementation Roadmap
Create a detailed roadmap to implement the proposed HR strategy, including key milestones, resource allocation, impact, and more.

Continuous Monitoring and Adaptation
Establish a framework to continuously monitor the performance of the plan in context with people dynamics.
